What is included in the transfer price?
Price includes fare and tolls; our prices are all inclusive and you will not be asked to pay anything in addition, such as fuel or waiting charges.
How will the driver find us upon our arrival at the Athens Airport?
The driver will be waiting for you past the customs area at the exit from Athens airport. The driver will be holding a banner with your name written on it, so it will be easy for you to locate him.
How will the driver or host find us upon our arrival at the Piraeus Port?
Specific instructions will be given to you prior to your arrival; you will exit the dock from the closest exit and you will not take any of the shuttle buses within the Port. Our hosts will be waiting for you outside the customs area bearing banners with your name and distinctive logos of our company, which will help you recognize them.
How will you bring us to our hotel?
Whether you are arriving at the International Airport of Athens or at the Port of Piraeus, we will be transferring you to your hotel with our well appointed fleet of vehicles. A professional team of drivers will ensure a fast and comfortable transportation to your hotel anywhere in the city of Athens.
Will there be additional charges in the case of plane delay?
Our transfer service was developed specifically with your needs in mind; knowing that during trips delays or small misfortunes may occur, we will not be surcharging any amount of money whether you are delayed at customs, baggage claim or due to delayed landing.
Is taxi claiming time consuming?
No, we will have a taxi – vehicle waiting for you outside the airport or port upon your arrival. There is no shortage of cars, therefore there is no need to wait and lose time.
Are the drivers professionals and registered?
Our drivers are fully licensed, English speaking and registered professionals. Athens Taxi Tour does not hire independent drivers of doubtful capabilities.
How many passengers can you transfer simultaneously?
Our vehicles have the capacity to transfer four passengers with their luggage. There is no need to divide group or family members to more than one vehicle at the time.
Will you stop wherever we want, if we feel like visiting a place?
Athens Taxi Transfer offers transportation services; therefore we will be bringing you to your hotel without any intermediate stops. However, if you wish to visit some other places en route, we can arrange transfer with an additional charge.
Do you transfer children too?
Yes, we can accompany and transfer children to and from their schools, airport or port, or anywhere else required. Transfer is guaranteed to be safe and comfortable since all our drivers are professionals and experts in transportation of passengers of all ages.
